Order processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

Shipping delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times listed above, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Cartmora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Lost or damaged packages
